Jointly with the Instituto Capixaba de Pesquisa, Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural (Incaper) the family managed to achieve a significant quality improvement, however, this improvement was not always appreciated by the local market (Afonso Cláudio), making it necessary to expand the horizons of business. The production was gradually expanded by the g35 varieties, a smaller coffee, but very resistant and very productive. Another investment was the fermentation of a mixture of 02, Lb, A1, P1, P2, Verdinho, K61. In addition, the property also invests in the production of Arabica.
