Located in a privileged region for growing coffee, Fazenda UM is at an altitude of 1100m above sea level in Ibitirama, ES, a unique region for quality in the mountains of Espírito Santo, near the Serra do Caparaó, and Pico da Bandeira.
The farm’s focus is to produce high quality coffees from the choice of varieties, special attention to harvesting and application of innovations based on post-harvest scientific research.
